Full Throttle Lumia 930 Tile Art Theme

Right, so this is one of the stranger requests…it comes from my dad!

When I was a kid growing up I had a small chair which I used to drag into his office so I could watch him play various PC games that came out back in the day (wonder where my passion for gaming comes from). I remember games like Dig, Half Life, Wing Commander and Quake, but the one that really stood out…was Full Throttle.

The game was developed by LucasArts back in 1995 and was designed by Tim Schafer (Grim Fandango, Psychonauts, Brütal Legend, Monkey Island and Day of the Tentacle). The artwork looked amazing, but what really made Full Throttle unique was the impressive story line, voice acting and humor.

One of the funniest moments I remember from the game was watching my dad lose his temper on one particular part until he jokingly released a box of bunnies who then proceeded to run across a minefield while Wagner’s Flight of the Valkyries played, only to see them blow up and clear the path before the hero…brilliant.

Anyway, dad, here’s a home screen just for you.
